摘　　要：目的探讨早期康复干预在脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取萍乡市人民医院2015—2016年收治的脑出血患者270例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各135例。对照组患者采用常规干预,观察组患者采用早期康复干预。比较两组患者语言功能和肢体功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者语言功能和肢体功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期康复干预可促进脑出血患者语言功能和肢体功能的恢复,预后良好。Objective To explore the Application effect of early rehabilitation intervention on patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 270 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage were admitted from 2015 to 2016 year in Pingxiang People＇s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,135 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,the observation group was given early rehabilitation intervention.The recovery of language function and limb function were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of language function and limb function in the observation group were higher than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Early rehabilitation intervention can promote the recovery of language function and limb function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and with good prognosis.
