β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素与孕酮和血管内皮生长因子联合检测在早期异位妊娠诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、孕酮、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)联合检测在早期异位妊娠诊断中的应用价值。方法选取隆昌县妇幼保健院2016—2017年收治的疑似早期异位妊娠患者108例,根据手术病理确诊结果将宫内妊娠患者分为对照组44例,早期异位妊娠患者分为观察组64例。观察两组患者血清β-HCG、孕酮、VEGF水平,并比较β-HCG、孕酮、VEGF单独检测及其联合检测的灵敏度、特异度、准确度。结果观察组患者血清β-HCG、孕酮水平低于对照组,VEGF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。β-HCG、孕酮、VEGF联合检测早期异位妊娠的灵敏度、特异度、准确度高于β-HCG、孕酮、VEGF单独检测。结论血清β-HCG、孕酮、VEGF水平检测可作为诊断早期异位妊娠的参考依据,且β-HCG、孕酮、VEGF联合检测对早期异位妊娠的诊断价值较高。Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of β-HCG,progesterone and VEGF in the diagnose of early ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 108 cases of patients with suspected early ectopic pregnancy were admitted from 2016 to 2017 year in Longchang County Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital,the intrauterine pregnancy patients were as control group（44 cases）,ectopic pregnancy patients were as observation group（64 cases）according to the results of surgical pathology.The serum levels ofβ-HCG,progesterone and VEGF were observed;the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of single detection of β-HCG,progesterone and VEGF and combined detection of those were compared.ResultsThe observation group of serum levels of β-HCG and progesterone were lower than control group,and the levels of VEGF was higher than control group（P0.05）.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined detection ofβ-HCG,progesterone and VEGF were higher than the single detection of β-HCG,progesterone and VEGF.Conclusion Serum levels of β-HCG,progesterone and VEGF can be used as diagnostic reference for early ectopic pregnancy,and combined detection of β-HCG,VEGF,progesterone of early ectopic pregnancy have high diagnose value.
