摘 要:介绍了目前国内外交流伺服机械压力机在金属体积成形加工中的典型应用实例。其一是通过滑块特殊的运动和加载模式,实现普通机械压力机上不可能完成的新工艺:通过运动和压力的多模式联合控制,实现镁合金盒形件的反挤压;通过脉动加载,改善润滑,实现了无表面处理金属冷成形(平板锻造、深孔挤压、内花键挤压等);通过变速挤压,消除温度影响,提高了齿轮挤压精度。其二为充分利用伺服机械压力机高自动化的优势,进行压力机-辅助设备集成控制,提高了生产的自动化、智能化水平:优化滑块运动和进行系统集成,提高模锻生产率;机器人和伺服机械压力机联动,实现自动化自由锻造。文章认为,实行装备与应用工艺研究开发的结合,是推动技术创新、走出"引进-落后-再引进"死循环的必由之路。Some typical application examples of AC servo mechanical press in metal volume forming were introduced,and some new forming processes,which were impossible on common mechanical presses,were realized by special moving slider and loading modes. Then,the backward extrusion of magnesium box was conducted by combining control of movement and force,and the cold forming(flat plate forging,deep hole extrusion,extrusion of inner spline) without surface treatment was done by pulsing loading to improve lubrication. Furthermore,the gear extrusion accuracy was improved by the variable speed extrusion to eliminate temperature effects. At the same time,the integration control of press and auxiliary equipments was processed by the high automation of mechanical press to increase the automation and intellegency of production,the die forging productivity was enhanced by optimizing the slide motion and system integration,and the automated free forging was realized by the integration of press and robot. Thus,the combination of research and development of equipment and applied technology was the only way to promote technological innovation and get out of the"introduction-backward-reintroduction"infinite loop.
