摘  要:针对精冲成形齿形零件齿顶开裂这一缺陷,以理论分析、数值模拟和物理实验相结合的方法,对齿形零件精冲成形齿顶开裂形成原因进行分析,指出成形过程中齿顶开裂的形成原因是由于成形过程中齿顶所受摩擦力较大,导致齿顶变形区产生较大的拉应力并达到一定数值所致。开裂发生的时机是成形过程进行至整个精冲过程的60%~80%时。分析了齿顶开裂的主要影响因素和主要工艺参数润滑、压边力、反顶力对齿顶开裂的影响规律,并进行了实验验证。指出润滑条件对齿形零件成形质量影响最大,提出了防止齿顶开裂的策略。For the tooth top cracking during the fine blanking process of tooth part,the causes of the tooth top cracking in the fine blanking of tooth part were analyzed based on the combination of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and physical experiment. Then,it was pointed out that the cause of the tooth top cracking in the forming process was due to the larger friction force on the tooth top in the forming process,which caused the larger tensile stress in the deformation zone of the tooth top to reach a certain value,and the time for cracking was 60%-80% of the whole fine blanking process. Furthermore,the influences of the main influence factors and technological parameters such as lubrication,blank holder force and counterforce on the tooth top cracking were analyzed,and verified by the experiment. Finally,it is pointed out that the lubrication condition has the greatest influence on the forming quality of tooth parts. And the strategies of preventing the tooth top cracking were put forward.
