摘 要:采用高能超声法制备了Al2O3质量分数分别为0,1. 0%,2. 0%和3. 0%时Al2O3/7075复合材料。利用销盘式磨损试验机,对不同Al2O3含量的Al2O3/7075复合材料在不同负载下(15,30,45和60 N)进行了干滑动摩擦磨损试验。结果表明:Al2O3的加入细化了基体组织;相比于7075铝合金基体,2. 0%Al2O3/7075复合材料的硬度提高了17. 5%。随着负载的增加,复合材料的磨损量和摩擦系数均增加;在相同负载下,复合材料的磨损量和摩擦系数比7075铝合金基体低。相比于基体,在60 N负载下,2. 0%Al2O3/7075复合材料的磨损量降低了80. 5%。60 N负载下,基体合金磨损机制以黏着磨损为主,随着Al2O3含量的增加,复合材料磨损机制向剥层磨损转变。Al2O3/7075 composite with Al2O3 mass fraction of 0,1. 0%,2. 0% and 3. 0% were fabricated by high-intensity ultrasonic treatment respectively,and the dry sliding friction and wear tests of Al2O3/7075 composite with different Al2O3 content were conducted under different loads(15,30,45 and 60 N) by pin-disk type wear testing machine. The result shows that the addition of Al2O3 particles refines the matrix structure,and the hardness of 2. 0% Al2O3/7075 composite increases by 17. 5% compared to 7075 aluminum alloy matrix. Then,both wear volume and friction coefficient of the composite increase with the increasing of load,and the wear volume and friction coefficient of the composite are lower than that of 7075 aluminum alloy matrix under invariable load. Compared to the 7075 aluminum alloy matrix,the wear volume of 2. 0%Al2O3/7075 composite under 60 N load decreases by 80. 5%,and under 60 N load,the main wear mechanism of 7075 aluminum alloy matrix is adhesive wear,and with the increasing of Al2O3 content,the wear mechanism of the composite changes into the peeling wear.
