摘 要:目的研究放射治疗对NSCLC患者外周血Treg细胞水平的影响。方法分析50例NSCLC患者放射治疗前后外周血CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+Treg/CD4^+比值的变化,及其与临床特征的关系。结果 NSCLC患者放射治疗后CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+Treg细胞占CD4^+T细胞的比例显著降低,与肿瘤直径、肿瘤分期及分化程度有关。结论 CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+Treg细胞水平在NSCLC放射治疗过程中变化显著,可能成为NSCLC预后的重要预测指标。Objective To study the effect of radiation therapy on peripheral blood Treg cells in NSCLC patients.Methods To analyze the changes of CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ Treg/CD4+ cells ratio in peripheral blood of 50 NSCLC patients before and after radiation therapy,and their relationship with clinical characteristics.Results The proportion of CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ Treg cells in CD4+ T cells was significantly decreased after radiotherapy in NSCLC patients,which was related to tumor diameter,tumor stage and differentiation.Conclusion The level of CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ Treg cells significantly changed during NSCLC radiation therapy,which may be an important prognostic indicator of NSCLC.
