摘  要:本文以N, N-二甲基丙二胺与芥酸为原料,催化作用下制得芥酸酰胺丙基叔胺中间体,继续与氯乙酸钠反应成功合成一种两性表面活性剂芥酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱。通过红外光谱对产品结构进行表征,依据标准SY/T6214-1996考察了单体配比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量以及搅拌速率对产品主要性能影响。结果表明:当n_((芥酸))∶n_((N, N-二甲基丙二胺))=1∶1.5,反应温度为135℃,反应时间8h,催化剂用量为0.25%,搅拌速率的转速大于50r·min-1条件下,芥酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱表面活性剂的稠化时间和即时粘度为最佳。In this paper, N, N-dimethyl propanediamine and erucic acid were used as raw materials to pro-duce erucidamide propyl tertiary amine intermediate, and a new amphoteric surfactants, erucie amide propyl be-taine, was successfully synthesized by reaction with sodium chloroacetate. The product structure was characterized by IR spectroscopy. According to standard SY/T6214-1996, the effects of monomer ratio, reaction temperature, re-action time, catalyst dosage and stirring speed on the main properties of the product were investigated. The results showed that when n (erucic acid):n (N,N-dimethylpropanediamine)=1:1.5, the reaction temperature was 135℃, the reaction time was 8h, the catalyst dosage was 0.25%, the stirring speed was more than 50r·min^-1, the thickening time and instant viscosi-ty of erucic amide propyl betaine surface active agent were the best.
