摘  要:以钼精矿为原料,改变传统多段酸浸多次水洗除铁和除硅工艺,通过加入自制的复合氟化物,采用低温常压一段酸浸一次水洗方法,将MOS2中的铁由1.31%降低到0.15%以下,Si O2含量由2.13%降低到0.0269%。最佳试验条件为:反应温度75℃,反应时间2.5h,复合氟化物用量为14%(以钼精矿质量计)。产品按GB23471-2009方法检测,产品含量Mo 59.3%,Fe 0.062%,Si O20.0269%,酸值0.03mgKOH/g,总回收率95.4%。该产品纯度较高,达到高精尖领域的特殊应用要求。Using molybdenum concentrate as raw material, the traditional multi-stage acid leaching process for removing iron and silicon was changed. By adding self-made fluoride complex and one-stage acid leaching at low temperature and atmospheric pressure, the iron content in molybdenum disulfide reduced from 1.31% to less than 0.15%, and the content of silica reduced from 2.13% to 0.0269%. The optimum reaction temperature was 75 ℃, re-action time was 2.5 hours, and the amount of fluoride complex was 14% (by molybdenum concentrate mass). The content of Mo59.3%, Fe 0.062%, SiO2 0.0269% and acid value 0.03 mg KOH/g were determined using national standard method of GB23471-2009. The total yield was 95.4%. The product is of high purity and meets the special application requirements of high precision field.
