摘  要:为提高机场安检效率,运用排队论和概率论,结合速度和准确性操作特性曲线,建立2阶段安检系统数学模型;根据实例数据进行分析,通过改变第一阶段安检速度与抽检比例,分析第一阶段、第2阶段以及整个2阶段安检系统的错误通过率、错误报警率、随身物品平均等待时间的变化情况。结果表明:在旅客到达率不变的情况下,第一阶段最大检测时间越长,整个安检系统的错误通过率与错误报警率越高,随身物品平均等待时间越短;当第一阶段最大检测时间超过5 s后,其对随身物品的平均等待时间影响很小;提高抽检比例,会使随身物品平均等待时间增加,使整个安检系统的错误报警率升高。In order to improve the efficiency of airport security screening,queuing theory and probability theory,combined with the speed and accuracy operating characteristic curve,were used to build a mathematical model for the two-stage security check system. On the basis of analyzing some date on actual examples,effects of both the speed of first-stage screening and the proportion of sampling on the first stage,the second stage and the entire two-stage security system's false clear rates,false alarm rates and average wait time for passengers carry-on items studied. The results show that when the arrival rate is unchanged,the longer the maximum detection time in the first stage,the higher both the false clear rate and the false alarm rate of the entire two-stage security check system will be,and the shorter the average waiting time for passengers carry-on items,that when the maximum detection time in the first stage exceeds5 seconds,its effect on the average waiting time will be minimal,and that increasing the proportion of sampling will increase both the average waiting time and the false alarm rate of the entire security check system.
