摘 要:针对形状复杂的塑料异型材结构,人工难以高效精准地排布冷却水道,基于UG软件平台,对异型材结构进行分类,设计3种冷却水道系统,系统分别搭载2种自定义算法,即综合表达式关联技术以及微分寻点技术,能够自动排布水道并进行水道自身以及与其他结构的干涉检查,实现了水道的精确设计,提高了设计效率及质量。Because of the complex shape of plastic profile structure, it was difficult to effi- ciently and accurately arrange the cooling water channel. Based on the UG software plat- form, the profiled structures were classified, and three types of cooling water channel arrangement systems were designed. Each system was equipped with two kinds of custom algorithms, namely the intelligent straight-through channel algorithm and the intelligent S-shaped channel algorithm. It could realize the automatic arranging channel and the inter- ference checking between channels and other structures, which realized the accurate design of the cooling water channel.
