摘  要:隔膜作为保证锂离子电池正常工作及安全的关键组成部件之一,其品质直接影响电池的整体使用性能。本文介绍了传统锂离子电池隔膜的种类、加工工艺和性能,并综述了聚烯烃隔膜、有机/无机复合隔膜、纳米纤维涂层隔膜、静电纺丝隔膜、纤维素基隔膜等动力锂电池隔膜的国内外研究进展,结合测试方法和标准对锂离子电池隔膜特性进行了简要说明。最后提出了锂离子电池隔膜目前急需解决的问题以及未来发展趋势。Separator is one of the key components ensuring the usage and safety of lithium-ion battery, its quality affects the overall performance of battery. In this paper, the kinds, processing technology, and performance of traditional separators were introduced, the research progress of polyolefin separator, organic/inorganic composite separator, nanofiber coated separator, electrospinning separator, and cellulose separator at home and abroad was reviewed, and the characteristics of lithium-ion battery separators were described briefly combining test methods and standards. Finally, the problems need to solve for lithium-ion battery separator at present and its future development were proposed.
