摘　　要：通过采用聚芳酰胺纤维纸、聚酰亚胺薄膜作为基材,涂敷采用特定质量比例的PU胶、环氧胶、无卤阻燃剂组成的复合胶,制备了一种耐变速箱油H级槽绝缘材料,并对其燃烧性能、耐热性能及耐油性等进行测试。结果表明:制得的槽绝缘材料具有交联密度高、耐变速箱油、良好的阻燃性、高耐热性和高机械强度等优点,可应用于电动汽车电机绕制线圈中,亦可在干式变压器、电机、电磁炉、发电机等电器中用作匝间绝缘、槽间绝缘、相间绝缘和衬垫绝缘。Using aromatic polyamide fiber paper and polyimide film as base materials, and coating composite glue which made from PU glue, epoxy glue, and halogen free flame retardant, we prepared an H-class slot insulating material with gearbox oil resistance. The combustion performance, heat resistance, and oil resistance of the insulating material were tested. The results show that the insulating material has many advantages such as high crosslinking density, gearbox oil resistance, good flame retardancy, high heat resistance and high mechanical strength. It can not only be applied in coil winding of motor in electric vehicles, but also be used as turn-to-turn insulation, slot insulation, phase to phase insulation, and liner insulation in dry-type transformer, motor, induction cooker, electric generator, and other electrical equipment.
