摘  要:研究了MBS、纳米碳酸钙对PVC材料冲击性能的影响,考察了乙撑双硬脂酰胺润滑剂、自制多官能团酯流动促进剂对PVC材料流动性能、弯曲性能和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:(1)MBS、纳米碳酸钙表现出协同增韧作用,其用量都为10份时,表现出最佳的增韧效果;(2)与硬脂酸相比,乙撑双硬脂酰胺对PVC材料流动性能的贡献更大;(3)流动促进剂对提高PVC材料流动性能的作用很大,但对PVC材料的弯曲性能和拉伸性能不利;(4)适宜的润滑体系为0. 8份PE蜡、0. 2份乙撑双硬脂酰胺、1. 5份流动促进剂。The effects of MBS and nano-calcium carbonate on the impact properties of PVC materials were studied. The effects of ethylene bisstearamide lubricant and self-made multi-functional ester flow promoter on the flow properties, bending properties and tensile properties of PVC materials were investigated. The results showed that MBS and nano-calcium carbonate showed synergistic toughening effect. When the dosage of MBS and that of nano-calcium carbonate were both 10 phr, the toughening effect was the of PVC best. Compared with stearic acid, ethylene bisstearamide contributed more to the flow materials. Flow promoter could greatly improve the flow properties of PVC materials, properties but had an adverse effect on the bending properties and tensile properties. The suitable lubrication system was PE wax 0.8 phr, ethylene bisstearamide 0.2 phr and flow promoter 1.5 phr.
