摘  要:研究了氯醋树脂含量、氯醋树脂中醋酸乙烯酯含量、冲击改性剂用量和碳酸钙用量对CPVC共混体系性能的影响。结果表明:(1)随着氯醋树脂含量的增加,共混体系的加工性能变好,热稳定性能变差,冲击性能大幅提高;(2)氯醋树脂中醋酸乙烯酯含量对共混体系性能的影响不大;(3)氯醋树脂的加入提高了共混体系的冲击性能,因此冲击改性剂的用量可适当减少,碳酸钙的用量可适当增加。The effects of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate resin content, vinyl acetate content in vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate resins, impact modifier content and calcium carbonate content on the properties of CPVC blends were studied. The results showed that with the increase in vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate resin content, the processing properties, thermal stability and impact properties of the blend system improved greatly. Vinyl acetate content in vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate resins had little effect on the properties of the blend system. The addition of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate resins improved the impact properties of the blend system, so impact modifier content could appropriately reduce, and calcium carbonate content could appropriately increase.
