摘  要:针对异步电机在标量控制下转速随负载变化这一问题,提出了一种基于矢量控制思想的异步电机滑差补偿法。该法结合了矢量控制和标量控制两者的优点,在考虑定子电阻压降改进的标量控制基础上,利用近似转子磁链恒定的特点,根据空载励磁电流值来定向转子磁链,实现异步电机定子电流励磁分量和转矩分量的分解;根据转矩分量和滑差的线性关系对转速进行补偿,使异步电机重载情况有较好的转速控制特性。通过仿真和实验验证了该方法的有效性。Aiming at the problem that the speed of induction motor varies with the load under scalar control, a method based on vector control for the slip compensation of induction motor is propoesd, which combines the advantages of vector control and scalar control.On the basis of considering the improved scalar control of stator resistance voltage drop, based on the characteristics of the approximate rotor flux constant, the rotor flux is oriented according to the noload excitation current value, and the excitation and torque components of the stator current of the induction motor are decomposed.According to the linear relation between torque component and slip ,the speed of induction motor is compen- sated, which makes the speed control characteristic of the induction motor under heavy load better.The effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation and experiment.
