摘 要:为分析砷暴露人群砷含量标志物的季节差异特征,本文测定内蒙古某饮水型地方性砷中毒村78名居民发砷、指甲砷、以及尿液总砷和各形态砷的含量,并分析其年内变化特征及相关性.结果表明,平水期、丰水期和枯水期的发砷含量均值分别为2.08、1.43、3.60μg·g^(-1),尿液总砷含量均值分别为236.63、184.29、306.72μg·L^(-1),指甲砷含量均值则分别为3.21、2.84、3.40μg·g^(-1).经单因素方差分析(ANOVA),发砷、尿液各形态砷含量存在显著的季节差异,表现为枯水期>平水期>丰水期;指甲砷含量的季节差异不显著,这可能是不同生物标志物对水砷含量变化响应速度的差异导致的.发砷、尿液无机砷和一甲基砷(MMA)含量有显著的性别差异,男性高于女性;指甲砷、尿液总砷和二甲基砷(DMA)含量性别差异不显著.发砷、尿液总砷和DMA含量均显著正相关,且与水砷含量的季节变化趋势一致,说明指甲砷比发砷与尿砷更能反映较长期的砷暴露特征.In order to find out seasonal variations of arsenic content in the population exposed to high arsenic drinking water,the total arsenic contents in hair,nail and urine as well as the concentrations of arsenic species in urine of 78 villagers from an endemic arsenism area in Inner Mongolia were determined,and seasonal variation and correlations of arsenic in the biomarkers were investigated.The results showed that the average contents of arsenic in hair were 2. 08,1. 43,3.60 μg·g(-1) in normal,wet and dry season,and the corresponding values of total arsenic in urine were 236. 63,184.29,306.72 μg·L(-1). Moreover,the values in nail were 3.21,2.84,3.40 μg·g(-1),respectively.The one-way analysis of variance( ANOVA) showed that significant seasonal variations of arsenic contents in the hair and concentrations of arsenic species in the urine were observed. The highest value was found in the dry season,while the lowest value was observed in the wet season. However,no obvious seasonal variation of arsenic in the nail was found. This might be attributed to the sensitivity of biomarker response to the variation of arsenic in drinking water. The contents of arsenic in the hair,and the concentrations of inorganic arsenic( i As) and monomethylated arsenic( MMA)in the urine were significantly higher in males than in females,while the contents of arsenic in the nail,and the concentrations of total arsenic and dimethylated arsenic( DMA) in the urine varied only slightly between males and females. Arsenic content in the hair was positively correlated with the concentrations of urinary total arsenic and DMA. Furthermore,seasonal variations of arsenic in the hair and urine were consistent with that in drinking water. This suggested that nail arsenic was a better biomarker to represent long-term arsenic exposure comparing with hair and urinary arsenic.
