摘  要:柱花草是全球热带地区栽培面积最大、应用最广泛的优良豆科牧草,其在生产上的主要限制性因素是越冬性差、怕霜冻,因此筛选柱花草抗寒材料显得尤为重要。本研究从海南冬季自然条件下田间栽培的350份柱花草资源中,根据株高、叶绿素等形态和生理指标筛选出9份长势相对较好的柱花草材料,在不同低温条件下(4℃和-18℃)胁迫不同时间,以叶绿素、丙二醛、相对电导率为抗寒性评价指标,并通过隶属函数分析,得出CIAT1433西卡柱花草和热研20号圭亚那柱花草抗寒性较强,可作为亚热带地区冬季的推广品种或首选抗寒柱花草育种材料。Stylosanthes is the most widely applied excellent leguminous forage, which has the largest tropical cultivation area in the world. The main restrictive factors in the production of Stylosanthes are low overwintering and frost damage, so it is very important to select cold resistant materials. According to plant height and chlorophyll and other morphological and physiological indexes, nine materials of relatively better growth of the plants were screened out from 350 Stylosanthes cultivated in the field under natural conditions of winter in Hainan. The nine materials were subjected to stress at different low temperature conditions(4 ℃ and-18 ℃) for different time, chlorophyll, malondialdehyde and relative conductivity were used as the evaluation index of cold resistance. The result of membership function analysis showed that CIAT1433 and 20 th Stylo cold resistance were strong, these could be used as the winter cultivars in subtropical areas or as the optimum materials for breeding cold-resistant variety.
