摘  要:采用Gleeble热模拟试验机对PH13-8Mo不锈钢进行热压缩试验,研究了变形温度为900~1 150℃、应变速率为0.1~10s^(-1)条件下合金的热变形行为。结果表明,随着应变增加,流变应力先迅速增加直至达到峰值,而后持续减小(900~1 050℃时)或者基本保持不变(1 100℃和1 150℃时)。变形温度越高、应变速率越低,流变应力越小。基于Arrhenius方程构建了PH13-8Mo不锈钢峰值应力本构方程,计算得到热变形激活能为567.32kJ/mol。误差分析表明,峰值应力预测值与试验值的相对误差均小于1.3%,预测精度较高。组织分析表明,变形温度越高、应变速率越低,越有利于动态再结晶的进行,但动态再结晶晶粒易粗化。The hot deformation behavior of PH13-8Mo stainless steel was investigated by Gleeble thermal simulation machine at deformation temperature in range of 900 ℃ to 1 150 ℃ and strain rate in range of 0.1 s-1 to 10 s-1.The results show that with strain increase,the flow stress is increased dramatically to a peak value,and then it is decreased continuously(900~1 050 ℃)or tended a steady value(1 100℃and 1 150℃).The flow stress is decreased with the increase of deformation temperature and the decrease of strain rate.Based on the Arrhenius equation,the hot deformation constitutive relationship of the peak flow stress was established,and the hot deformation activation energy Qis calculated as 567.32 kJ/mol.The error analysis shows that the relative error between calculated value and experimental value is lower than 1.3%,presenting the higher precision.Microstructure analysis indicates that increasing deformation temperature and decreasing strain rate are beneficial for dynamic recrystallization,while its grain size is easier to be coarsened.
