摘  要:采用粉末冶金法制备了不同成分的Al基复合材料,经机械混合后,以一定的压力冷压成型,然后在氩气保护环境下以一定的升温工艺在550℃下进行烧结,保温30min,随炉冷却。结果发现Al-Mg系复合材料孔隙率较高;Al-Ti系复合材料中Al基体与Ti颗粒为物理结合;Al-Mg-Ti系复合材料的致密性较Al-Mg系有较大改善,且有三元相Al_(18)Ti_2Mg_3生成,Mg降低了Al-Ti体系的相变温度,且Mg的增加有利于Al-Ti反应进一步发生,最终形成了三元相。Al matrix composites with different composition were prepared by powder metallurgy.After mechanical mixing,the powder was formed by cold pressing at a certain pressure,then sintered at 550℃ in argon atmosphere and holding for 30 minutes and then cooling with the furnace.It is found that the porosity of Al-Mg composites is higher,and the Al matrix and Ti particles in Al-Ti composites are physically combined,and the compactness of the Al-Mg-Ti composites is superior to that of the Al-Mg composites.In addition,a ternary phase Al(18)Ti2Mg3 can be observed.The presence of Mg can reduce the phase transition temperature of Al-Ti system,and the increase of Mg element is conducive to the further occurrence of Al-Ti reaction and finally the generation of ternary phase.
