摘 要:针对铝箔生产中FeAl3相易导致铝箔成品出现针孔的问题,设计了不同Si含量的1235铝箔坯料进行对比试验。通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜,对不同Si含量的1235铝箔合金的第二相种类、大小、形貌和分布进行比较。结果表明,1235铝箔合金中Si含量增加(0.13%~0.15%),有利于αc-AlFeSi相的生成,甚至消除针状FeAl3的生成,有助于减少针孔产生;铝箔成品中晶粒度减小,晶粒大小更加均匀,抗拉强度较未添加Si的铝箔坯料成品提高了12.14%,伸长率提高了78.57%,有利于进一步的轧制生产。Aiming at the pinholes in aluminum foil products caused by phase FeAl3,chemical components were changed and some contrast experiments were carried out with aluminum foil 1235 with different silicon contents.The effects of silicon content on the type,size,morphology and distribution of the second phase were analyzed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results show that the increase of silicon content in Al 1235 foil is beneficial for generating the phase αc-AlFeSi.The phase αc-AlFeSi can even replace a kind of acicular FeAl3,which are helpful for decreasing the pinholes in the foil.Simultaneously,the grains are refined with more uniform of grain size.Tensile strength and elongation of 1235 aluminum foil with silicon content between 13% and 15% are increased by 12.14% and78.57%compared to those ones with low silicon content,which is beneficial for further cold rolling.
