摘  要:采用砂型重力铸造的方式制备纯Pb棒材,并表征和分析了铸件的成分、组织及物理性能。结果表明,相对于原始Pb锭,砂型铸造纯Pb棒材的微观组织明显细化,组织均匀性也得以显著提高,同时形成了较强的{113}<uvw>织构。通过严格的工艺措施,有效控制了杂质元素的引入和铸造缺陷的产生,铸件的各项物理性能良好。The pure Pb rod was manufactured by sand mold gravity casting.Microstructure,chemical composition as well as physical properties of the casting ingot were characterized and analyzed by SEM,TEM and EDS.The results show that microstructure of the pure Pb is refined with more uniform size distribution.A strong{113}uvwtype texture is formed during the casting process.The induction of impurities and the formation of casting defects can be well controlled through strictly technical measures,so the ingots with good physical properties are obtained through sand mold gravity casting.
