摘　　要：目的探讨"视、听、触"模拟训练法提高白内障患者手术应对能力的效果。方法选取我院2017年3月—4月进行白内障手术的患者50例作为试验组,采用"视、听、触"模拟训练法进行训练,同时便利选取2016年12月—2017年2月住院手术治疗的50例患者作为对照组,在术前采用常规护理方法,观察比较两组患者围手术期心理评分各项指标的变化。结果试验组患者围手术期心理评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=7.116,P<0.05)。结论"视、听、触"模拟训练有利于缓解患者的不良情绪,提高患者对手术的应对能力和自我感受。Objective To discuss effects of ＂Watch,Listen,Touch＂ simulation training on surgery coping abilities of patients with cataract. Methods The patients were recruited by convenience sampling. Fifty patients from December 2016 to April 2017 were assigned to the control group and received the traditional care. Another 50 patients from March to April 2017 of the same hospital were recruited as the experimental group and given the ＂Watch,Listen,Touch＂ simulation training before the surgery. Psychological scores were compared between the two groups before and during the surgery. Results The psychological scores of patients in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group （t=7.116,P〈0.05）. Conclusion ＂Watch,Listen,Touch＂ simulation training can help to relieve patients＇ stress and promote their self-feeling.
