神经白塞病12例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 分析神经白塞病的发病特点、发病原因及治疗方法,提高对本病的认识.方法 选择山西省人民医院2009年1月至2017年1月收治的12例神经白塞病患者,对其临床表现、脑脊液检查（CSF）结果、影像学表现、治疗及预后进行回顾性分析.结果 12例神经白塞病患者中,8例临床表现类似脑梗死,1例类似脑炎,1例类似癫痫,1例类似静脉窦血栓,1例类似多发性硬化.结论 神经白塞病临床表现极易与其他神经疾病混淆,在临床工作中,在关注临床表现的同时,核磁共振（MRI）、CSF以及针刺反应对神经白塞病的诊断具有重要作用.针刺反应加入到神经科常规检查流程中,会大大减少神经白塞病的误诊和漏诊.Objective To analyze the characteristics , causes and treatment of neuro-Behcet disease , so as to improve the understanding of this disease .Methods Twelve patients with neuro-Behcet disease admitted in Shanxi Provincial People ＇s Hospital from January 2009 to January 2017 were selected , the clinical manifestations , cerebrospinal fluid examination （ CSF ） , imaging findings , treatment and prognosis were retrospectively analyzed .Results Among the 12 patients with neuro-Behcet disease , 8 cases were clinically similar to cerebral infarction , 1 case was similar to encephalitis , 1 case was similar to epilepsy, 1 case was similar to venous sinus thrombosis , and 1 case was similar to multiple sclerosis . Conclusions Neuro-Behcet＇s disease is easily confused with other neurological diseases , in clinical work, magnetic resonance imaging （ MRI） , CSF and acupuncture response play an important role in the diagnosis of neuro-Behcet＇s disease while paying attention to clinical manifestations .Acupuncture reaction should be added to the routine examination process of neurology , it will greatly reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of neuro-Behcet disease .
