顾奎兴教授从＂供需关系＂角度辨治前列腺癌的经验

摘　　要：介绍顾奎兴教授从＂供需关系＂角度辨治前列腺癌的经验.顾奎兴教授认为,老年男性随着年龄的增长,肾气渐衰,体内雄激素水平下降,前列腺组织作为雄激素的依赖器官,产生类似于＂供需关系＂中＂通货紧缩条件下的消费预期心理＂,过多的摄取血液中的雄激素以保证前列腺组织中的雄激素浓度,导致体内雄激素水平不稳定下降,前列腺组织中的雄激素不稳定富集,从而导致前列腺癌的发生.治疗上,不应一味清除雄激素受体分布的器官及过度药物去势,而应适当温阳补肾,平衡阴阳,维护＂供需相对平衡＂,从而稳定病情.This article introduces Gu Kuixing＇s experience in diagnosing and treating prostatic cancer from the point of supply-demand relationship.GU holds that, kidney deficiency is common in elderly male population, and the level of serum androgen decreased with age .As an androgen-dependent organ, situation similar to ＂consumption expectation psychology under the condition of deflation ＂ in ＂supply-demand relationship＂ often occurs in prostatic tissue, which intakes male hormone from the blood to keep the original male hormone rate.This situation causes the unstable enrichment of male hormone in prostate tissue, and leads to prostatic cancer.Removing all the organs that distribute androgen receptors and over chemical castration should not be the treatment method , but should enhance kidney-yang properly and balance yin-yang,to keep the ＂Relative balance of supply and demand ＂, in order to lower the male hormone rate steadily and to stabilize conditions .
