摘　　要：陈朝明教授通过多年的临床实践,总结出了通督导气法。本研究介绍了陈朝明教授运用通督导气法治疗胃食管反流病的经验。针刺胃食管反流病人督脉经上的阳性反应点及随证进行相关腧穴的加减,配合整脊疗法,通过调节自主神经功能、调节内分泌网络、调畅情志等方面治疗胃食管反流病,取得了良好的临床疗效。Professor CHEN Chaoming summarized Tongdu Daoqi therapy（ activating Governor Meridian to promote qi movement） with years of clinical practice. This study introduced the experience of Professor CHEN treating gastroesophageal reflux diseasa（ GERD） with Tondu Daoqi therapy. Needling positive reaction points of Governor Meridian and the points chosen by syndrome differentiation,combined with chiropractic therapy to adjust the vegetative nerve and internal secretion system,as well as regulate mood to treat GERD,which has achieved good curative effects.
