王寅教授柳叶形多针排刺法治疗卒中后肌张力增高经验浅析

摘　　要：脑卒中后肌张力增高在脑卒中后遗症中发病率极高,且因其直接影响患者肢体功能而明显影响患者生活自理能力,目前本病的具体发病机制尚不明确,针对本病的治疗方法众多,但疗效却不十分满意。王寅教授从医40余载,在针灸治疗脑卒中后肌张力增高方面,擅长采用独特的柳叶形多针排刺法进行治疗,屡见良效,本研究对此针法的针刺部位、穴位及具体操作手法进行详细阐述,以期为脑卒中后肌张力增高临床治疗提供参考。Increased muscle tone after stroke has a high incidence in the sequelae of stroke. Because of its direct influence on patients＇ limb function,it obviously affects patients＇ ability of self-care in life. Although the specific pathogenesis of the disease is not clear,there are many ways to treat the disease. Unfortunately,the results were not very satisfactory. Professor WANG Yin has been engaged in medical work for more than 40 years.She is good at using the multiple point through point needling in the shape of willow-leaf to treat hypermyotonia,which has achieved good result. This study elaborated the used points and the manipulations of this method aiming to provide reference for clinical treatment of hypermyotonia.
