从“所注为俞”“俞主体重节痛”论关节疼痛的针灸治疗

摘　　要：笔者通过对《内经》《难经》中经典原文的学习分析,结合自身临床实践,提出在关节疼痛类疾病的针灸治疗时,以疼痛部位所循行经脉的五输穴之输穴为主穴,对肌肉筋腱损伤、痰湿阻遏气机、气血瘀滞等病因造成的关节疼痛、骨性关节疾病、髓溢之关节增生疼痛,可以起到显著疗效。在对周身经络筋骨关节疾病的研究中,以五输穴之输穴为主穴,甚至独取该穴进行治疗,均有明显改善,认为该理论具有临床指导意义,有进一步研究价值。Through the study and analysis of the classic original text in Neijing Classics and Nanjing Classics,combined with the experience of clinical practice,the study put forward that when acupuncture and moxibustion treating arthralgia,the Five-Shu points of the meridians which passed through the pain area are mainly selected,and they play significant therapeutic effect on joint pain,osteoarthrosis,and myeloproliferative pain caused by the injury of the muscle and tendon,caused by the phlegm-dampness obstructing qi movement,as well as qi stagnation and blood stasis. The author took the Five-Shu points mainly or solely for the treatment of arthropathy,all of which have been proved effective and significant in clinical practice.
