从针灸歌赋看针刺治痛特点

摘　　要：针灸歌赋是为方便诵读记忆而编成的口诀性著作,是针灸学术传承的重要载体,其中治疗痛证的部分,是历代针灸学家治疗痛证的理论和实践的深刻总结,是针灸治痛规律的高度概括,包括针灸治痛的取穴原则、针刺手法等丰富内容。本研究选取针灸歌赋中几处具有代表性的韵文或对语,以此进行分析和延伸,从"以痛为腧""交会穴"和"交叉对应取穴"的角度探讨针灸治痛的取穴规律;从针刺的深度、方向和角度方面分析针灸治痛的针刺手法。Zhenjiu Gefu（ verses of acupuncture and moxibustion） is a rhyme-like work,which is convenient for reading and memory,is an important carrier of academic inheritance. The part of acupuncture treating pain is the profound summary of the theory and practice of acupuncture curing pain,including the law of point selection and needling technique. This study selected several representative verses to analyze,for example,＂needling the tender point＂,＂crossing acupoint＂,and＂cross corresponding acupoints＂to find out regularity of acupuncture treating pain. The needling technique was also analyzed from the depth,the direction,and the angle of the needling in this study.
