摘　　要：目的:综合论述近年来针刺治疗冠心病现代研究进展,为临床进一步研究提供参佐。方法:通过对近年来针刺治疗冠心病文献进行回顾分析,综合论述近年来针刺治疗冠心病现代研究进展。结果:临床研究方面,针刺治疗冠心病疗效确切,方法简便,安全可靠;实验研究方面,多角度、多靶点论述针刺治疗冠心病的作用机理。结论:针刺治疗冠心病取得了较大的研究进展,体现了针刺治疗冠心病的优势。Objective： To provide reference for further clinical research of coronary heart disease（ CHD） by reviewing the recent progress of acupuncture treating CHD. Methods： The literature on acupuncture treating CHD in recent years was reviewed,and the recent treatment progress of this kind of disease by acupuncture was discussed. Results： In clinical research,the acupuncture treating CHD was effective,safe,and reliable with simple and convenient method. In experimental research,the mechanism of acupuncture treatment for CHD was from multiple angles and targets. Conclusion： Great progress has been made in the treatment of CHD with acupuncture,which showed the advantage of acupuncture treating CHD.
