摘 要:以甲基乙烯基热固化加成型硅橡胶和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)或N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)为原料,以二苯甲酮(BP)和安息香二甲醚(DMPA)为光引发剂,通过紫外光聚合在固体硅橡胶(SiR)中引入亲水的聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(PHEMA)或聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP),可以获得半互穿聚合物网络(S-IPN)材料。试验结果表明:SiR/HEMA和SiR/NVP复合材料的红外光谱出现PHEMA和PVP的O—H键及C=O键的伸缩振动特征峰;扫描电镜显示复合材料断面均有明显的凸起;热重分析中SiR的质量损失率为69. 11%,SiR/HEMA和SiR/NVP复合材料的质量损失率分别为80. 72%和79. 27%,且在高温下两种复合材料的分解速度均大于SiR;SiR表面的初始静态水接触角为107. 5°,SiR/HEMA和SiR/NVP复合材料表面的初始静态水接触角分别为52. 2°和20. 8°。这都证明SiR/HEMA和SiR/NVP复合材料中形成了S-IPN,复合材料亲水性能大幅提高,且SiR/NVP复合材料的亲水性能明显优于SiR/HEMA复合材料。Using thermosetting addition type methyl-vinyl silicone rubber,hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) or N-vinyl pyrrolidone(NVP) as raw material,and benzophenones(BP) and benzoin dimethyl ether(DMPA) as photoinitiators,hydrophilic poly(hydroxyethyl methacrylate)(PHEMA) or poly(vinylpyrrolidone)(PVP) were introduced into solid silicone rubber(SiR) by UV polymerization,and semi-interpenetrating polymer network(S-IPN) could be obtained. The test results showed that,the stretching vibration characteristic peaks of O—H bond and C=O bond in PHEMA and PVP appeared in the infrared spectrum of SiR/HEMA and SiR/NVP composites. Obvious uneven cross-section could be seen in the electron microscope photos of the composites. The mass loss rate of SiR was 69. 11%,and that of SiR/HEMA and SiR/NVP composites were 80. 72% and 79. 27%,respectively. The decomposition rates of two kinds of composites at high temperature were higher than that of SiR. The initial static water contact angle of SiR was 107. 5°,and that of SiR/HEMA and SiR/NVP composites were 52. 2° and 20. 8°,respectively. In conclusion,it was confirmed that S-IPNs were formed in SiR/HEMA and SiR/NVP composites,the hydrophilicity of two kinds of composites were improved greatly,and hydrophilicity of SiR/NVP composite was superior to that of SiR/HEMA composite.
