摘 要:采用湿法混炼工艺,将4种不同质量分数的白炭黑水分散体与天然乳胶混合制备出天然橡胶/白炭黑胶料。结果表明,当白炭黑水分散体质量分数为0. 25时,白炭黑在橡胶中的分散性较好,混炼胶门尼粘度较低,硫化性能较好,硫化胶的定伸应力、拉伸强度、撕裂强度较大,磨损率较小,抗湿滑性能较好,滚动阻力较低。The NR/silica compounds were prepared by wet mixing process and using four silica slurries with different mass fractions of silica,respectively. The results showed that,when the mass fraction of silica in the slurry was 0. 25,the dispersion of silica in rubber was better,Mooney viscosity of the compound was lower,curing properties were better,modulus,tensile strength and tear strength of the vulcanizate were larger,abrasion was smaller,wet skid resistance was better,and rolling resistance was lower.
