摘 要:研究掺杂胶乳快速定性分析方法。对新鲜原胶乳和掺入质量分数为0. 05的淀粉、尿素、双灰粉、石灰粉的掺杂胶乳进行对比试验。结果表明:胶乳不凝固压片而直接用圆盘自动进样热辐箱式胶乳样品干燥仪干燥后,掺杂胶乳胶片的颜色和质感与原胶乳胶片有较大的差别;胶乳在乙酸的作用下凝聚成团,用凝胶样品压片机压制成生胶片,在用酸量、压片机压力、压片厚度和生胶片尺寸等条件相同的情况下,掺杂胶乳生胶片的撕裂点和拉伸长度明显低于原胶乳生胶片。圆盘自动进样热辐箱式胶乳样品干燥仪干燥试验或者生胶片物理性能试验可以用作现场掺杂胶乳质量的快速定性分析方法,且操作简单,耗时短,设备简易便携。The rapid qualitative analysis methods of doped latex were studied. The contrast tests of fresh latex and the doped latex with doping of starch,urea,dusts and lime powder at the mass fraction of 0. 05 were carried out. The results showed that,when the latex without solidification and pressing was directly dried by using the automatic sampling hot box dryer,the color and texture of the doped latex film were quitely different from those of the fresh latex film. The latex were conglomerated under the effect of acetic acid and compressed into sheet rubber with gel sample sheeter. Under the conditions of same amount of acid,sheeter pressure,sheeting thickness and sheet rubber size,the physical properties such as tear point and tensile length of the sheet rubber from doped latex were significantly lower than those of the sheet rubber from fresh latex, respectively. The drying test by automatic sampling hot box dryer or physical property test on the sheet rubber of latex could be used as rapid qualitative field quality analysis methods for doped latex. The operation using both methods was simple, the testing time was short,and the equipment was compact and portable.
