摘　　要：为解决制服换装过程中产生的大量毛纺面料库存,提高军事经济效益,通过对库存毛纺面料进行改染,摸索改染工艺,并对改染后的毛纺面料进行测试评价,从而实现对制式毛纺库存面料的循环利用,赋予毛纺库存面料新的外观风格和服用性能。通过对面料加工前后的风格、性能指标等变化特征对比分析,在对改染工艺优选及指标分析的基础上,总结出改染生产工艺和产品验收的注意事项。基于制服库存面料的改染与循环利用表现出了良好的优势和经济效益。In order to solve the problems of large amount of wool stocks generated during the uniform dressing process and improve the military economic benefits, the re-dyeing process was explored, and the dyed textile fabrics were tested and evaluated to realize the recycling of stock fabrics of woolen uniform, the woolen stock fabrics were given a new appearance style and wear ability. The characteristics of the style and indicators before and after fabric processing were compared and analyzed based on the exploration of the re-dyeing process and analysis of the indicators, and a few notifications about the re-dyeing process and product acceptance were raised. The re-dyeing and recycling of uniform stock fabrics showed good unique advantages and economic benefits.
