毛纺库存面料的风格再设计与二次开发

摘　　要：为缩短生产交付周期,减轻库存管理压力,通过对库存毛纺面料结构的创新设计,并引入激光刻蚀、涂层、复合、针刺等新兴加工工艺,从而实现对毛纺库存面料的二次开发,赋予面料新的外观风格和功能特性。在激光刻蚀、银色涂层、覆膜、复合覆膜、涂料印花、针刺等加工技术的基础上,提出了6类毛纺库存面料的二次开发方案,并就面料加工前后的风格、功能等变化特征进行对比分析。该技术在产品种类多样化方面表现出特有的优势和潜力。为企业消化库存面料,减轻仓库管理及资金压力,提高企业利润提供参考。To shorten the lead time of production and delivery and reduce the pressure of stock management, through innovative re-design of structure, and introduce the laser etching, coating, compositing, acupuncturing and other novel processing technologies, the re-development of the stock wool fabric was realized, and new look and function were given. Based on the technology of laser etching, silver painting, coating, composite coating, pigment printing and acupuncture, the re-development planning of six kinds of wool stock fabrics were offered, and the styles and functions of the fabrics were contrast analyzed before and after processing. The re-development technology shows unique advantages and potential in produce variety products. It provides reference for enterprises to reduce inventory fabrics, relieve stock management and capital pressure, and improve corporate profits.
