摘 要:应用毛用低温活性黑WD染料对羊绒纤维进行染色,达到降低传统羊绒染色温度的效果,使羊绒纤维的染色损伤降低。试验研究了染色温度、pH值、时间等因素对毛用低温活性黑WD对羊绒染色的影响。采用毛用低温活性黑WD染料对羊绒进行染色,染色温度由传统染色的90℃降低到70℃,上染百分率达90%以上,且染色羊绒在手感、物理指标等方面都优于其他染料所染羊绒纤维,纤维的损伤大幅降低,能耗也明显降低,羊绒纱线的制成率得到了提高,降低了企业原料的消耗,提高了企业的经济效益。In this paper, the cashmere was dyed by low temperature reactive black WD dye to reduce the dyeing temperature and cashmere fiber damage. The effect of temperature, pH, time and other factors on the performance of cashmere dyeing with low temperature reactive black WD was studied, results showed that dyeing temperature decreased from 90 ℃ to 70 ℃, the handle and physical characteristics of the dyed cashmere is better than others, the fiber damage and energy consumption significantly decreased, the yield of cashmere yarn increased and the economic efficiency of enterprises also improved.
