摘　　要：中国改革开放40年来,邓小平开创了中国特色社会主义民族理论,以江泽民为核心的党的第三代中央领导集体、以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央丰富发展和完善了这一理论。新时代,以习近平为核心的党中央赋予中国特色社会主义民族理论新内涵。中国特色社会主义民族理论,以马克思主义民族理论为理论来源,以毛泽东中国特色民族理论为理论基础,凝聚了改革开放以来历届党中央领导集体的政治智慧,是完整的理论体系,是改革开放四十年来中国民族理论发展的最大成果,是改革开放四十年来指引我国民族工作胜利向前的指导理论。In the 40 years of the reform and opening-up, Deng Xiaoping established the socialist ethnic theory with Chinese characteristics, and the third generation of central collective leadership closely united around Jiang Zemin and the Party Central Committee headed by General Secretary Hu Jintao enriched, developed and perfected the theory. In the new era, the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core has endowed the theory with new connotations and developed the socialist ethnic theory with Chinese characteristics in Xin Jinping＇s new time. This theory is a complete theoretical system with Marxist ethnic theory as the theoretical source, Mao Zedong＇s ethnic theory with Chinese characteristics as the basis, the ethnic theory of the party＇s several generations of central collective leadership headed by Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping＇s ethnic theory in the new era as the main theory. It is the greatest achievement in the development of Chinese ethnic theory in the 40 years of the reform and opening-up and is the guiding theory for the Chinese ethnic work to advance toward victory.
