摘  要:以优质芦笋品种"锐力"为研究对象,采用营养钵育苗,以不同的土壤含水量为控制条件,设计调亏-增氧灌溉10个处理,采用XZCP-K微纳米气泡发生增氧仪器装置,利用称重法测定土壤含水量,研究调亏-增氧灌溉对苗期芦笋农艺性状、叶绿素含量及耗水量的影响,以探究调亏-增氧灌溉对苗期芦笋生长特性的影响。结果表明:微纳米增氧灌溉对苗期芦笋株高、茎粗有一定的促进作用,还能促进根系的生长,使得总根表面积、根平均直径、根体积和根系活力和根冠比等指标优于常规灌溉,分别平均增加了25.67%、37.81%、86.08%、32.50%、34.00%。微纳米增氧灌溉会提高苗期芦笋叶绿素的含量,平均增加了19.48%。调亏-增氧灌溉可在温室经济作物上推广和应用,以发展节水高效生产农业。New variety ‘Ruili'asparagus was used as the research object,and 10 treatments were designed with different soil water content as control conditions.Repeatedly,the aerobic instrument adopts XZCP-K micro-nano bubble generating device,and the soil water content was determined by weighing method.The effects of regulated deficit-aeration irrigation on agronomic traits,chlorophyll content and water consumption of asparagus in seedling stage were studied,in order to explore the effect of regulated deficit-aeration irrigation on the growth characteristics of asparagus in seedling stage.The results showed that micro-nano aerobic irrigation could promote the plant height and stem diameter of asparagus in seedling stage,as well as the growth of roots,such as total root surface area,root mean diameter,root volume,root activity and root-shoot ratio.Compared with conventional irrigation,they increased by an average of 25.67%,37.81%,86.08%,32.50%,and 34.00%,respectively.Micro-nano aerobic irrigation will increase the chlorophyll content of asparagus in seedling stage,with an average increase of 19.48%.Regulated deficit-aeration irrigation could be promoted and applied in greenhouse economic crops to develop water-efficient and efficient agriculture.
