饮食运动联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的分析探究在多囊卵巢综合征患者治疗中,饮食运动联合二甲双胍治疗对患者体重指数、性激素水平的影响。方法选取某院2016年1月-2017年12月妇科就诊的120例PCOS患者,按照患者自愿的原则随机分成两组各60人,分别实施饮食运动方法和饮食运动联合二甲双胍方法,于治疗前后测定两组患者的体重测量指标、性激素水平、自主排卵情况和妊娠成功率以及卵巢体积和子宫内膜厚度变化情况。结果与对照组比较,实验组患者BMI、腰围、臀围、腰/臀比等体重测量指标、性激素(T、LH、E_2、FSH)水平、卵巢体积和子宫内膜厚度明显较低,性激素水平SHBG含量明显较高。与对照组比较,实验组60例多囊卵巢综合征患者发生自主排卵和妊娠成功明显较高,差异有统计学意义。结论饮食运动联合二甲双胍方法对PCOS患者体重指数和性激素水平的调节具有明显效果,能够改善PCOS患者的卵巢体积和子宫内膜厚度,增加自主排卵和妊娠成功比率,适合临床进一步应用。Objectives To investigate analyze the effects of diet and exercise combined with melbine on the body mass indexes and sex hormone levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）. Methods 120 patients with PCOS treated in department of Gynecology in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the voluntary principle of the patients, and all of them were respectively treated with diet and exercise and diet and exercise combined melbine. The weight measurement indexes, sex hormone levels, self ovulation and pregnancy success rate, ovarian volume and the changes of thickness of endometrium were tested before and after treatment in two groups. Results After treatment, compared with the control group, the body weight measurement index BMI, waistline, hipline, the rate of waistline and hipline, sex hormone level T, LH, E_2, FSH, ovarian volume and the of thickness of endometrium were significantly lower, but the sex hormone level was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group. Compared with the control group, 60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome had significantly higher spontaneous ovulation and pregnancy success in the experimental group. There were significant differences between the two groups x 2=19.394, 5.217, P=0.000, 0.020 0.05. Conclusions Diet and exercise therapy combined with melbine had significant effect on the regulation of body mass index and sex hormone levels in patients with PCOS. It could improve the ovarian volume and the thickness of endometrium of the patients with PCOS and could also increase the rate of spontaneous ovulation and pregnancy success, which was suitable for clinical application.
