达芬奇机器人辅助全结肠切除术1例护理配合体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨达芬奇机器人辅助下全结肠切除术中护理配合的优势。方法:术前1d完成患者访视,准备达芬奇机器人手术系统及所需器械,完成机器人系统的自检。术中巡回护士做好体位变换的管理,防止压疮等并发症发生。器械护士密切配合手术医生,准确传递和更换各种机器人器械,同时做好应对各类突发事件发生的准备。术后及时清洗、消毒、保养器械,登记仪器使用情况,并将物品归位。结果:手术顺利,历时240min,术中未发生并发症,术后患者恢复良好,并于术后17d顺利出院。结论:达芬奇机器人辅助全结肠切除术具有视野立体、操作灵活、视野稳定等优势,而有效的护理配合是保障手术效果的关键。Objective：To summarize the surgical nursing cooperation of 1 case with colon cancer by Da Vinci robot-assisted total colectomy.Methods：Completed the patient visits one day before the operation,and the Da Vinci robotic surgery system and the required instruments,and the self-test of the robot system were prepared.During the operation,the patrolling nurses managed of posture transformation to prevent complications such as pressure sores.The equipment nurse closely cooperated with the surgeon to accurately transmit and replace various robotic instruments,and at the same time prepared for various emergencies.Cleaned in time,disinfected and maintained the surgical instruments,registered the use of the instruments,and placed the items back after the operation.Results：The operation was successful and lasted for 240 minutes.No complications occurred during the operation and the postoperative recovery was good.The patient was discharged after operation 17 days.Conclusion：Da Vinci robot-assisted total colectomy has the advantages of stereoscopic field of view,flexible operation and stable vision.In general,and effective nursing coordination is the key to ensure the effect of operation.
