摘 要:国外商务谈判话语研究多为交叉性研究,研究方法丰富、多样,研究对象主要为以英语为通用语的跨文化商务交际活动,对其他语言的研究起步晚,关注较少。随着我国近年来经济和科学研究的不断进步,国际上有关中国商务谈判话语的特点研究越来越多,相关文章的发表在一定程度上佐证国际学术界对汉语商务谈判话语研究的期待。综观现有成果,商务谈判话语研究体现出以真实语料为研究对象、以大规模语料库为研究基础、以与企业共建合作项目的方式开展多维度研究的发展趋势。The research of foreign business negotiation discourse is mostly interdisciplinary, and its methods are rich and diverse. Its research object is mainly cross-cultural business communication activities taking English as a Lingua Franca, and the research on other languages is rare. With the continuous progress of China's economic and scientific research in recent years, there are more and more international studies on the characteristics of Chinese business negotiation discourse, and the related publication to some extent proves the expectation of international academia on Chinese business negotiation discourse research. Overviewing the exis- ting achievements, business negotiation discourse research cooperating with enterprises is multi-dimensional and corpus^based with authentic material as the research object.
