摘　　要：目的调查扬州市3～6岁学龄前儿童行为和情绪问题现况,以及学龄前儿童视屏时间与情绪和行为问题的关联,为制定相关干预措施提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,选取扬州城区7所在园2531名儿童进行健康体检,并填写家长问卷,运用多因素Logistic回归分析危险因素。结果本研究中儿童情绪和行为问题异常检出率为6.4%。儿童年龄、性别、父亲年龄、父母学历及视屏时间等均是儿童情绪和行为问题的影响因素。运用多因素Logistic回归,控制儿童出生及家庭因素,以总视屏、工作日及周末视屏时间≤2 h为参照,总视屏时间>2 h(OR=1.535,95%CI:1.092～2.163)和工作日视屏时间>2 h(OR=1.481,95%CI:1.016～2.158)是儿童情绪和行为问题异常的危险因素。结论儿童视屏时间过长会对其情绪和行为问题产生影响。Objective To investigate emotional and behavioral problems among 3 to 6 years old preschool children in Yangzhou,to examine whether screen time are related to both emotional and behavioral problems,and to provide the evidences for developing related intervention measures. Methods We selected 2531 children from 7 kindergartens in Yangzhou urban area with clustering sampling and surveyed them with a questionnaire and physical examination. Odds ratio was assessed by multinomial logistic regression.Results In this study,the detection rate of preschool children＇s emotional and behavioral problems was 6. 4%. Children＇s age,gender,parents＇ age,parents＇ education level and screen time were the influencing factors of the children＇s emotion and behaviors.After controlling children ＇s family environment,multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of emotional and behavioral problem in children with screen time〉 2 hours per day for one week and from Monday to Friday per day was higher than the ones with less screen time,the ORs were 1. 535（ 95% CI： 1. 092-2. 163） and 1. 481（ 95% CI： 1. 016-2. 158）,respectively.Conclusion There was a negative impact of longer screen time on emotional and behavioral problems of preschool aged children.
