摘　　要：目的探讨子痫前期患者胎盘滋养细胞线粒体融合蛋白-2(Mfn-2)的表达及与氧化应激的关系,为临床诊治提供参考依据。方法收集36例子痫前期患者(观察组)、28例正常对照(对照组)胎盘组织、血清;免疫组织化学检测Mfn-2在胎盘滋养细胞的表达,ELISA测定血清8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG),邻苯三酚氧化法测定血清超氧化歧化酶(SOD)。结果 Mfn-2在观察组患者胎盘滋养细胞多数为中低表达,而在对照组为中高表达,两组间表达强度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者8-OHdG显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),SOD两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清8-OHdG水平随着Mfn-2的表达强度增强而降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而SOD与Mfn-2的表达强度关系不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Mfn-2在子痫前期胎盘滋养细胞表达降低而且与氧化应激相关,Mfn-2表达下降可能与子痫前期发生、发展有关。Objective To investigate the expression of Mfn-2 in preeclampsia, and explore its relationship with oxidative stress, in order to provide reference for diagnosis and treatmen tin clinic. Methods 36 patients with preeclampsia （observation group） and 28 normal control （ control group） were studied for the expression of Mfn-2 by immunohistochemical staining. Serum 8-OHdG and SOD were detected by ELISA. Results Mfn-2 was low-expression in placenta in observation group, while high-expression in placenta in control group, the difference of expression level was significantly （P〈0. 05）, serum 8-OHdG in observation group was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significantly （ P〈0. 05 ）, there was no difference of SOD between the two groups （ P〉0. 05 ）. Mfn-2 expression was negatively correlated w-th serum 8-OHdG, the difference was statistically significantly （ P〈0. 05 ） , while SOD was not correlated with serum 8-OHdG, there was no statistical difference （P〈0. 05） . Conclusion Mfn-2 is low-expression in trophoblast of preeclampsia pla- cental and associated with oxidative stress. The decrease of Mfn-2 expression may be related to the occurrence and development of pre- eclampsia
