摘　　要：《藏文白话报》是继《西藏白话报》之后有关西藏的第二份报刊,成立于中华民国初创时期,作为蒙藏事务局的机关报,它始终坚持把宣传五族共和以及现代民族国家作为自己的办报宗旨和价值导向。该报对于构建中国现代民族国家是有贡献的。它通过宣传捍卫国家主权、普及国家机构和国家制度有关知识、提倡现代国民教育、增强民族国家认同来完成构建近代中国民族国家。Tibetan vernacular Chinese newspaper, which was founded in the early years of the Republic of China, is the second newspaper about Tibet after Tibet vernacular Chinese newspaper. As the organ of the Mongolian and Tibetan affairs bureau, it has always insisted on the promotion of the five ethnic republics and the modern nation-state as its purpose and value orientation. The newspaper has contributed to the construction of a modern nation-state in China. Its contribution to the construction of the modern Chinese nation state is achieved through broadcasting to defend state sovereignty, popularizing the knowledge of state organs and state systems, promoting the modern National Education and enhancing the nation-state identity.
