摘　　要：目的探讨颅内压监护仪应用于脑出血患者的护理方法及临床效果。方法对照组提供颅内压监护仪应用相关常规护理措施,研究组在对照组常规护理基础上加用护理干预措施。结果研究组护理满意度评价得分显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论应用常规护理、护理干预相结合的综合性护理措施有利于维持良好的护患关系,对保障使用颅内压监护仪的脑出血患者疗效及预后也具有重要价值。Objective To explore nursing methods and clinical effects of intracranial pressure monitor in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The control group provided routine nursing care for the use of intracranial pressure monitors. The study group used nursing interventions on the basis of routine care in the control group. Results： The satisfaction score of nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Results The satisfaction score of nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The combination of general nursing and nursing interventions combined with comprehensive nursing measures is conducive to maintaining a good nurse-patient relationship and is also of great value for the efficacy and prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage patients using intracranial pressure monitor.
