摘　　要：电站维修作业中,脚手架作业是一项非常重要的支持工作。有效管理作业过程、实时跟踪作业进度、有效监管作业安全,是提升脚手架管理水平的重要内容。本文通过基于标准化作业流程和先进数据通信网络的脚手架工作流管理,能够实时监控脚手架作业进度,有效监管作业安全,对国内、外同行或相似工业化作业过程管理,具有一定的借鉴意义。Scaffolding operation is a very important support in power station maintenance work. It is an important content to improve the level of scaffolding management to effectively manage the operation process, keep track of the work progress in real time, and supervise the operation safely. This paper based on the standardized operation process and advanced data communications network scaffold workflow management, real time monitoring of scaffolding work schedule, effective regulation on safety, counterparts both at home and abroad, or similar industrialization process management, has a certain reference significance.
