复方血栓通胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗早期糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的讨论临床对早期糖尿病性视网膜病变患者应用复方血栓通胶囊+羟苯磺酸钙联合治疗的临床现实意义,并对其血清IGF-1、VEGF水平的影响进行探究。方法随机抽选2017年7月~2018年7月我院收治的72例(92眼)早期糖尿病性视网膜病变患者,依照就诊顺序分为单药组、联合组。单药组(n=36,46眼)应用羟苯磺酸钙治疗;联合组(n=36,46眼)应用复方血栓通胶囊+羟苯磺酸钙联合治疗。评价及对比两组的治疗有效性、视力情况、临床指标、血清炎症因子水平、血糖指数以及随访复发情况。结果联合组的治疗有效性高于单药组(P <0.05);相比于单药组,联合组的视力情况、临床指标、血糖指数均得到明显改善(P <0.05);联合组的血清炎症因子水平低于单药组(P <0.05);经随访3个月,联合组的复发率低于单药组(P <0.05)。结论临床对早期糖尿病性视网膜病变患者应用复方血栓通胶囊+羟苯磺酸钙联合治疗,疗效肯定,可缓解炎症反应,促使视力复常,改善血糖指标,且经随访发现复发性较低,可见其近期疗效及远期疗效良好。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the combination of compound Xueshuantong Capsule and calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate in patients with early diabetic retinopathy, and to explore the effects of serum IGF-1 and VEGF levels. Methods 72 patients （92 eyes） with early diabetic retinopathy admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 1818 were randomly selected and divided into single drug group and combined group according to the order of treatment. Single drug group （n=36, 46 eyes） was treated with calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate; combined group （n=36, 46 eyes） was treated with compound Xueshuantong capsule ＋ calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate. The efficacy of treatment, visual acuity, clinical indicators, serum inflammatory factors, blood glucose index and follow-up recurrence of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Resu it’s the therapeutic effect of the combined group was higher than that of the single drug group （P〈0.05）. Compared with the single drug group, the visual acuity, clinical index and blood glucose index of the combined group were significantly improved （P〈0.05）. The level of inflammatory factors was lower than that of the single drug group （P〈0.05）. After 3 months of follow-up, the recurrence rate of the combined group was lower than that of the single drug group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinically, the combination of compound Xueshuantong Capsule and calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate in the treatment of early diabetic retinopathy has a positive effect, can alleviate the inflammatory reaction, promote vision recovery, improve blood glucose index, and it is found that the recurrence is low after follow-up. Its short-term efficacy and long-term efficacy are good.
