摘　　要：勃起功能障碍(Erectile dysfunction 简称 ED)是指不能获得和维持满意性生活的阴茎勃起。这个名词较之阳痿(Impotence)更准确地反映了其性功能障碍的实质。各种生理和心理因素影响着正常的勃起功能,包括激素、神经、血管和大脑皮质等。其中一种或几种因素的异常即可导致勃起功能障碍。Erectile dysfunction(ED)is incapacity for acquiring and maintaining satisfactory penile erection in sexual intercourse.This term is more accurate than impotence because it reflects the essence of sexual dys- function.Various physiological and psychological factors,including hormonal,neural,vascular and cerebral cortical factors,influence normal erectile function.Recently,a series of breaking-through advances in treat- ment of ED have been made,especially in drug therapy.Sildenafil(trade name:Viagra),introduced in clinical use in recent years,has been accepted by patients at an unprecedently great rate because of its simple oral ad- ministration,noninvasiveness,perfect privacy and efficacy for every variety of ED,and,therefore,has become a revolutionary advance in the history of treatment of ED.In order to appraise the effectiveness of sildenafil,a multitude of clinical trials have been carried out.The results show that sidenafil is highly effective against ED of organic,psychological and mixed origins.The total effective rate is 70-90 percent.The particular effective rates are 80-90 percent for psychological ED,57 percent for diabetic ED,40 percent for ED after radical resec- tion of prostate,and 40-80 percent for ED after spinal injury,depending on severity of the injury.
