摘 要:利用三维CFD方法模拟灯泡式水轮机在甩负荷过程中的水锤和压力脉动特性,解决了导叶运动、转轮加速等关键技术问题,深入分析了宏观参数、流态和压力脉动的发展规律,并探讨了导叶关闭时间的影响.结果表明,甩负荷导叶关闭过程中导叶后负水锤明显,重力作用使导叶和转轮受力竖向分层周向不平衡;随着导叶关闭时间延长,水流充分发展,尾水管内低压偏心涡带的反复产生与破碎加剧了流道内压力振荡.This paper reports the simulations of the water hammer and pressure fluctuations in hydraulic turbine during the load rejection transient process.After solving the key technical problems such as guide vane movement and runner speed acceleration,we analyze the evolution law of the macroscopic parameters,flow patterns and pressure fluctuations and discuss the influences of different guide vane closing times.The results show that the negative water hammer in the runner is obvious and the unbalanced forces on the guide vanes and runners due to gravity are obvious.In addition,with a longer closing time,because the water flow develops fully,the repeated production and breaking of the draft tube low pressure eccentric vortex are aggravated,which intensifies the low frequency pressure pulsations in the flow passage.
