摘 要:为探讨高温环境下不同因素对路面结构内剪应力值的敏感性,以典型的半刚性基层沥青路面结构为对象,并根据结构内温度梯度变化确定合理的路面材料参数取值,利用Bisar3.0软件和正交试验方法,对比分析不同状态下路面结构内受力特性的差异,同时定量地评价了车辆超载、层间结合、水平力大小等3因素对剪应力的影响情况.结果显示:高温环境下路面结构剪应力值高于标准条件,且中-下面层层间接触状态由连续恶化为滑动时,对路面结构剪应力的分布影响最大;车辆超载、层间结合及水平力等因素对路面结构内剪应力值的影响程度差异明显,其敏感性强弱依次为:层间结合、车辆超载、水平力作用.研究成果可为沥青路面及混合料配合比设计提供参考.To explore different factors on the sensitivity of shear stress for asphalt pavement under high temperature,typical pavement structure with semi-rigid base is selected;and material parameters are reasonable determined according to temperature gradient of pavement structure.The mechanical properties of pavement structure under different states are analyzed by the SHELL pavement design software Bisar3.0 and orthogonal test method.Meanwhile,the effects of vehicle overload,interlayer binding and horizontal force on shear stress are quantitatively discussed.The results show that compared to high temperature and standard condition,the maximum shear stress of asphalt pavement structure is higher;and the influence of smooth condition between bottom layer and immediate layer on distribution of shear stress is prominent.The influences of different factors on shear stress for pavement structure are obviously different.The sensitivity degrees are interlayer binding,vehicle overload,horizontal force.The results provide reference for asphalt pavement design and asphalt mixture proportion.
