摘　　要：介绍了双动力48磨头钢轨打磨车车轴齿轮箱的结构特点和技术参数,对箱体、牵引齿轮、润滑和密封系统的设计,以及轴承设计进行了阐述,并对相关核心部件进行仿真分析及校核。经例行试验和装车考核验证,齿轮箱达到设计要求。The structural features and technical parameters of the axle - mounted gearbox for twin - power rail grinding vehicle with 48 grinding heads are introduced, along with an outline of the design of gearbox housing, traction gears, lubricating and sealing system and bearings, while simulation analysis and assessment of some core components are also car- ried out. Routine experiment and running test indicates that the gearbox satisfies design requirements.
